DENTAL INSURANCE
Dental insurance is not necessary for you to value and afford fine dentistry. We have never seen anyone go from a diseased, broken-down mouth to a healthy restored mouth due to dental insurance. The ability to achieve a healthy restored smile comes from strong internal values and a willing desire, not from a third party typically reluctant to share in the expense.
Insurance was originally designed to cover unplanned expenses of a significant nature. Most dental problems, however, are generally chronic in nature and when properly diagnosed, can be treated, provided it is well in advance. The emergency relief of pain or localized repair is relatively inexpensive. Prevention and disease control are self-care measures and therefore virtually free. Once your mouth is free of active disease, careful reconstruction can often take months to complete.
If you have a dental insurance policy, we will do everything to ensure you maximize your benefits. We do not, however, accept assignment. We do NOT work with the insurance companies for numerous reasons. The most important one being that we like to spend our time working for your benefit, not the insurance company. We believe that a cooperative effort between you and our office will result in a dental service that we are proud to render and you are pleased to receive. We want to meet your needs in a way that adds significant value to your life as well as ours.
